Thank you for your interest in ordering our award-winning cinnamon rolls! We continue to make every single batch by hand, which allows us to only fulfill a limited amount of orders per week. Please be patient and check back soon, if your choice of flavor is sold out.
Most of our toppings are perishable or weather sensitive, we do not offer shipping for our toppings. However, we encourage you to get creative and top them however you like!
To make sure your order arrives fresh at your doorstep, we currently fulfill orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This is so that your order won't get delayed in transit over the weekend. Due to the high demand, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date but we will try our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. There may be a 7-10 day delivery day turnaround time depending on the date your order is placed.
Our rolls are wrapped fresh out of the oven while still warm and carefully placed in USPS Priority Mail boxes. USPS Priority Mail has an estimated 1 to 3 day delivery window depending on the destination of your package. Standard shipping within the United States is $12 per order. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. Due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to addresses outside of the US, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO and FPO addresses.
As soon as your order is being processed, we will notify you via email which will include your USPS tracking code.
In each box you’ll find a dozen beautiful cinnamon rolls including our signature frosting. Our rolls are carefully hand-wrapped to maintain freshness and the frosting comes in two resealable containers.
We have worked hard to perfect our recipe so that you can experience the same fresh taste at home as our customers do in our stores. Our rolls should be refrigerated upon arrival and are best when consumed within 5-7 days. Just heat them up, placed the desired amount of frosting of your choice on top and enjoy! Or if you prefer, our rolls can be frozen upon arrival, so you can enjoy them one at a time.
We do our best to ensure that each order arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, here is our policy for the following issues.
We hand-wrap each of our products and carefully prepare them for shipping. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, no later than 7 days at email@example.com along with your order number and preferred method of contact so we may assist you in filing a claim with the postal service.
Order Not Received
Please refer to the USPS tracking number associated with your order to track your shipment. If your order shows that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office first. If you need assistance filing a claim, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible for orders that have been placed with incorrect shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders that have not been picked up by the recipient.
We are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds for packages that have already been shipped.
Handling & Storage
We do not require signature upon receipt of shipping orders. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot take responsibility for any items that have not been refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
In the event that you are issued a refund, please note that we are not able to reimburse the USPS shipping costs.
